Ready to roll the dice for a good cause? Aunt Rita's Red Hot Casino night takes place Thursday evening at the Venue in Scottsdale.
The event raises money for 17 central Arizona agencies providing HIV/AIDS prevention and education programs, and services for those living with HIV and AIDS. In the last decade, Aunt Rita's Foundation has raised $1.2 million dollars.
The gambling fundraiser features roulette, blackjack, Texas hold 'em, a prize wheel and craps. Entertainment is provided by headliner "The Kenny Thames Jazz Combo" and features the Samba AZ Performers Vegas Show Girls. For every $20 you spend you'll receive $200 Aunt Rita Bucks to exchange into chips for gambling.

Founded in 1989, Aunt Rita's Foundation, a 501(c)(3), nonprofit agency that advocates HIV education and awareness and raises and equitably distributes funds to 17 HIV/AIDS service organizations with programs to prevent HIV/AIDS or assist those living with the disease. Since 2005, Aunt Rita's Foundation has granted over $1.2 million to its member agencies. Aunt Rita's Foundation accomplishes this through direct public education and fundraising primarily through three signature events, Viva Aunt Rita's, Arizona AIDS Walk & 5K Run and RED Brunch - a World AIDS Day Event.
