PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -

AZ Wine and Dine is coming to Scottsdale next week, but we got a sneak preview of the big culinary event on Thursday's Good Morning Arizona.

Chef Winnona Herr of District American Kitchen and Wine Bar visited us in the garden to show us one of her specialties that will be featured next week: Freezie Pops. They're made with Arizona citrus, blueberries and tarragon. District American Kitchen will be serving Duck Confit Quesadilla at the upcoming event.

AZ Wine & Dine at the Scottsdale Quarter is an event that showcases Arizona's premier chefs, restaurants, resorts, fine wines and craft beer.

Top chefs from renowned restaurants and resorts will offer culinary delights, and boutique wines and craft beers will be paired with each dish in a fun, festive atmosphere.

This event is designed to raise the awareness of the quality of life benefits that Arizona's tourism industry provides its residents, and a portion of the proceeds benefit the educational efforts of the Arizona Lodging & Tourism Association.

AZ Wine & Dine will take place on Thursday, April 2, from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Scottsdale Quarter, on Scottsdale and Greenway.
