PHOENIX (AP) -

A Phoenix woman facing child abuse charges for having left her two young sons alone in a hot car while she was at a job interview is scheduled to change her plea Monday.

Shanesha Taylor has previously pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Taylor attracted sympathy from around the nation with a tear-stained mug shot.

Prosecutors reinstated charges against Taylor after she missed deadlines to fund a trust for her children.

She was ordered to set up the trust after receiving more than $114,000 in donations after mug shot that went viral.

Police arrested Taylor nearly a year ago after someone reported hearing a child crying inside a car at an office complex parking lot.

Taylor told authorities she left the children there because she couldn't find day care.
