GOODYEAR, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) - Police arrested a 30-year-old Goodyear man Tuesday after discovering a marijuana grow operation at his home in the area of Sarival Avenue and Interstate 10.

Brian Vincent faces multiple felony drug charges and is being held on $5,000 bond.

The Goodyear Narcotics Team served a search warrant at Vincent's home near 161st Avenue and Latham Street after a motor officer smelled marijuana while patrolling the area, according to Goodyear police spokeswoman Lisa Kutis.

The officers found 86 marijuana plants, 17 pounds of packaged and unpackaged buds, loose marijuana, shake and wax in the home.

Police said the drugs had an approximate street value of several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
