PHOENIX, Ariz. – Dog whisperer Cesar Millan is bringing a new season of Cesar 911 to homes everywhere tonight, traveling to neighborhoods to help owners train and love their four-legged friends.

On the show, Millan is summoned by co-workers, relatives, friends and neighbors who "blow the whistle" on a four-legged menace that has turned their lives upside down. The dog owners he encounters are stressed out, nervous, terrified at times, and feel out of control. In each episode, Millan packs in practical tips and valuable insights to help loyal fans and new viewers alike.

Cesar Millan is a best-selling author, a public speaker, a pet care product designer and entrepreneur, and an international television star.

In addition to "Cesar Millan's Short Guide to a Happy Dog," Millan has co-authored six books. He has also generated numerous instructional DVDs and CDs, and continues to host a popular series of seminars where attendees learn how to apply his knowledge of dog psychology and rehabilitation techniques.

In 2007, Cesar officially launched The Cesar Millan Foundation, a national nonprofit organization designed to aid and support the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of abused and abandoned dogs.
