TEMPE, Ariz. - "Nobody puts Baby in a corner." If you recognize that line from the movie Dirty Dancing, you're sure to love the live stage production by the same name.

Dirty Dancing the musical is playing at Tempe's Gammage Auditorium all this weekend.

The worldwide smash hit tells the classic story of Baby and Johnny, two fiercely independent young spirits from different worlds who come together in one unforgettable summer.

The timeless love story, made famous by Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey, includes drama, dancing, and of course all your favorite songs like "Hungry Eyes" and "(I've Had) The Time of My Life."

"They've done a really good job of taking the screenplay and adapting it straight to the stage," says Samuel Pergande, who plays Johnny Castle. "So you're going to get the exact order of the film, and the script, pretty much, with a few added scenes."
