GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Looking to soak up some fun this spring break? The Wet ‘n’ Wild water park in north Phoenix is gearing up for the season, and they’re coming back wetter than ever.
The Valley’s largest water park is packed with 552,000 gallons of family-friendly fun. Wet ‘n’ Wild is revamping for 2015, with major park renovations, more dining options more than 500 additional lounge chairs, and a new wild experience that will be unveiled this spring.
The waterpark isn’t revealing too much before they open the doors on March 14, but they also say the lazy river won’t be quite so lazy anymore.
Wet ‘n’ Wild had more shade than any other theme park in Arizona in 2014, and they are stepping up their game with additional shade installments.
The park is still looking for lifeguards to hire for the season. The position is great for students looking to make some extra cash and stay cool over spring break.
The park is open every weekend until May from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. After May, Wet 'n' Wild will be ready to keep visitors soaked all summer.
A single day pass is $39, but if you buy four season passes for $49.99 each before Feb. 28, and the passes will be automatically upgraded to the “gold” pass.
