Liberty Market is celebrating Paczki Day!

Paczkis (arguably pronounced poonch-key) are rich, Polish donut-like pastries oozing with cream or custard filling, and are traditionally enjoyed on Fat Tuesday before Lent. They are especially popular in the Midwest, where lines form before dawn outside Polish bakeries from Chicago to Hamtramck in anticipation of this blessed day.Last year, Liberty Market's bakers, lead by Pastry Chef LaDawn Driscoll, made hundreds of the treats for Detroiters and Chicagoans looking for a taste of well as native Arizonans enjoying a new discovery.

This year, they've got special orders already called in, and costumers flocking the market by 7am, opening time. But, LaDawn and her crew will be ready for the crowds, they will arrive at 3am to make the donuts.Liberty Market is proud to be one of the only restaurants in Arizona to celebrate the holiday.
Paczkis are $3 each or $33 per dozen.
