PHOENIX -- Expect warm weather for the weekend around Arizona. High temperatures will be in the low to mid-80s with overnight lows in the 50s in the deserts.
We’ll start to cloud up a bit on Sunday afternoon and by next week, we’ll see some cooler temperatures. However, the chance for rain is almost zero through next week.
A dry cold front from Canada will approach the state late Sunday and begin to draw up some moisture from Mexico. As that happens, we may see a few rain and snow showers in eastern and southern Arizona. But right now, no rain is in the forecast for Phoenix.
What we will see is a temperature with highs in the 70s for part of next week. The above-average temperatures will also occur in the mountains of our state.
