PHOENIX -- A sunny and breezy day can be expected in the Valley with winds between 10 and 20 miles per hour out of the northeast and a high of 80 degrees. That's about 10 degrees above normal for this time of year, and just 3 degrees away from the record high for today's date.
Even windier weather is expected for the Valley tomorrow with winds out of the east at 10 to 20 mph and potentially gusting to 30 mph. Strong high pressure will bring a cold blast of arctic air to the Plains states, but Arizona will just get wind from this.
High temperatures will continue to top out in the low 80s through Saturday, thanks to high pressure centered to our west.
Potentially unsettled weather begins Sunday and there's a slight chance of rain both Sunday and Monday, with afternoon highs dropping back to the 70s.
