PHOENIX -- There are no major changes in the forecast as we’re locked into warm and sunny weather through the weekend.
Highs around the Valley should be in the low 80s until early next week. In the mountains, we’ll see highs in the 50s and 60s. No rain or snow is forecast for the high country.
The ridge of high pressure, which is bringing us the warm weather, will change in intensity a little bit over the next several days. That will result in a bit of cooling some days, slightly warmer the next.
However, by Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, a storm passing to the east of Arizona will draw some cooling air into the state, returning temperatures to normal.
By the end of next week, Valley highs will be in the low to mid-70s with overnight lows in the upper 40s.
