Valentine Float Day Experience
$250 per person on either Feb. 14th or 15th and in addition to the typically awesome Float experience (which includes a balloon flight and bespoke locally sourced breakfast), each person also goes home with a gift basket that features a bouquet of flowers from Hoot & Holler, a bottle of sparkling wine from Arizona Vines & Wines, and a scented candle from Standard Wax.  
Spring Break Camping
Have you ever wanted to bring  your family camping but weren't sure where to start? The Arizona Family Campout Program is a one-weekend adventure designed for families who have little or no experience camping. The program will provide tents, sleeping mats and introduce families to the new adventure of camping at an Arizona State Park. Throughout the weekend families will work with a Camp Coordinator and other families to learn how to set-up their tent and how to prepare a dinner, breakfast, and lunch outdoors.
In addition there will be activities, including (depending on the park): mountain biking, hiking, fishing, archery, geocaching, animal demonstrations, campfire stories,birding, and more. Families will also get to work on a service project.Registration is now open for spring sessions at program fee is $70 for a family of 4. Additional family members are $5 each. National Weather Person's Day
WE LOVE APRIL! And Tess! And we are honoring them this morning because today, Feb 5th, is National Weathercaster Appreciation Day, and these lovely ladies tirelessly prepare weather maps and work hard to deliver the most accurate forecasts in the state! Papa Murphy's is joining us to bake up a heart-shaped "HeartBaker Pizza" for our favorite forecasters. The heart-shaped pizza is also available for your special someone, but only for a limited time through Valentine's Day. 
Do-si-do Muffins
Chocolate Do-Si-Do Muffins
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup crushed Do-Si-Dos
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
- Combine flour, sugar, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, cocoa powder, crushed Do-Si-Dos, and baking soda in a large bowl.
-Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth; pour into chocolate mixture and stir until batter is just blended. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.  
Sweet Peanut Butter Sauce
1 cup white sugar
½  cup water
½  cup peanut butter
- Mix together the white sugar and water in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil; boil for one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until melted well blended. 
- Drizzle the warm sauce over muffins and sprinkle crushed Do-Si-Dos on top.
