Flagstaff police seek suspect in purse snatching

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- Flagstaff police are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect in a purse snatching.

According to police, a purse was stolen from the downtown area between 2 p.m. and midnight on Jan. 24.

A credit card was later used at the Wal-Mart on Huntington Drive near Grant Street, and a suspect was captured on surveillance video.

Police said he has a tattoo on the back of his neck or possibly his entire back.

He was seen leaving Wal-Mart in a light-colored SUV.
