GLENDALE, Ariz. -- The Super Bowl city is expecting huge crowds this weekend as a predicted 200,000 fans flock to Glendale for the big game on Sunday.

Businesses all over Westgate are offering great Super Bowl deals, and Good Morning Arizona caught up with some local business owners to see how they’re preparing for all of the action.

For local restaurants and businesses, big crowds mean good business – but not without a lot of work.

Westgate restaurants are gearing up for the madness, some expecting to see 12 hour lines and up to 2,500 hungry fans at their doors. From scaling their menus down to stocking up on ingredients and beefing up staff, businesses are getting ready for a non-stop flux fans to fuel. Some restaurants are using extra coolers and storage for all of the extra food they’re expecting to sell this weekend, and many are enforcing time limits for visitors eating in their restaurants to keep traffic flowing.

The Super Bowl isn’t cheap, but fans who can’t make it to the game can still enjoy some free football fun all over Westgate. The Westgate Entertainment District is hosting a live Super Music Series that will rock the crowds rain or shine, along with various other events to celebrate Super Bowl weekend. The stage and restaurants are covered so visitors can stay dry and soak up the Super Bowl excitement.

The entertainment series is a free event with plenty of parking, a beer garden and live entertainment all weekend.
