STATE FARM CAREER FAIR
 State Farm is hiring for its new facility at the State Farm Career Fair. The new State Farm facility will serve as a hub that will provide claims, service and sales support to State Farm customers.  The new facility will be adjacent to ASU Sun Devil Stadium and the ASU Athletic Facilities District.
 
Applicants are encouraged to complete an online application at www.statefarm.com/careers to be potentially considered for an on-site interview.

Super Bowl Green Rally
The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee and the NFL are teaming with Verizon to collect and safely recycle electronic waste in the Phoenix area. The recycling event is open to the public and gives local residents an opportunity to actively participate in the "greening" of their community as part of Super Bowl.
 
Recyclable items include laptop and desktop computers; CRT (cathode ray tube) and LCD (liquid crystal display) monitors and televisions; computer cables, mice and keyboards; gaming consoles; telephones and answering machines; stereo and audio equipment; paper shredders; alarm clocks; printers; cameras; conferencing equipment; remote controls; earphones; small electronic appliances (such as coffee makers, toasters, toaster ovens and can openers); microwave ovens; vacuum cleaners; and electronic toys without batteries. Hard drives will not be wiped, and all batteries should be removed prior to turning in any items.

Chocolate Affair
Cerreta's Candy company is making chocolate footballs for Superbowl 49 and gearing up for Glendale's Chocolate Affair Event. Luci's Healthy Marketplace Fun Super Bowl Finger Foods
 
Sweet Potato Turkey Burger Sliders
 
Ingredients:
1.5 lb ground turkey or lean ground beef, thawed
1 tsp garlic salt
1.5 tsp steak seasoning
2 large sweet potatoes
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
3-4 slices cooked turkey bacon
Lettuce torn into small pieces (slider size)
 
Instructions
1.Mix ground turkey with garlic salt and steak seasoning. Shape into
8-10 mini patties (about 1/4 cup of meat). Set aside. **size of your patties depends on the size of sweet potato slices you have since they will be the bun.
2.Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4-1/2 inch thick slices. Drizzle with
olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in oven at 400 for 20-30 minutes (flipping half-way through). You want edges to be slightly crispy.
**stove top pan frying is an option or oven roasting
3. While potatoes are roasting, grill the burgers. Place patties on a
well-heated grill flipping after 3-4 minutes, and cook until cooked through.
4.Assemble burgers, placing a mini burger in between two roasted sweet
potato slices.
5.Garnish burgers with lettuce, bacon, and mustard (or any other
desired toppings).
 
"Smeaches" S'mores
 
Ingredients
1 peach, sliced into 6-8 slices and halved horizontally
6-8 marshmallows
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 Graham Crackers
 
Instructions
1.Mix the cayenne and sugar, and toss the peaches in it.
2.Place a half of a peach slice on a stick, add the
marshmallow, then the other half of peach.
3.Toast over a medium-low flame until caramelized and browned.
4.Slide heated peaches and marshmallow on a graham cracker then top
with another cracker.
