MESA, Ariz. -- Mesa police are asking for help identifying two suspects in six residential burglaries.

On Dec. 5, police began investigating burglaries at homes in the area of Broadway Road to Southern Avenue and Val Vista Drive to Greenfield Road.

Police said the burglars forced their way into the homes, stealing electronics, guns, cash and jewelry.

One victim was reportedly home at the time and scared the burglars off.

Police have released surveillance photos of two suspects. Witnesses reported that these suspects knocked on their doors and asked for directions.

The suspects are believed to be 18-year-old Hispanic men. One was seen wearing a T-shirt with "Industrial" written on it. The other was wearing a gray hoodie.

A dark-colored, four-door sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima, was seen at two of the incidents. It is described as having a spoiler and five-spoke wheels.

Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 1-800-343-TIPS.
