Phoenix police seek public's help in homicide investigation

PHOENIX – Phoenix police detectives are asking for the public's help as they continue to investigate a homicide.

Asadaram Navaee, 60, was found dead inside his white 1991 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck in the 2400 block of East Brill Street, which is south of McDowell Road. Police said there were obvious signs of trauma.

Police believe Navaee was killed between 7 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 9 a.m. on Dec. 28.

Detectives have been working to identify the suspects involved in the homicide but have very little information to go on, according to Officer James Holmes.

Anyone with any information regarding this investigation is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. Callers may remain anonymous and could receive a reward of up to $1,000.
