Worker killed in Phoenix industrial accident

PHOENIX (AP) -- Authorities say a 31-year-old man was killed in an industrial accident in Phoenix.

Officials say the man was a worker whose clothes got entangled in a metal fabrication machine in a Southwest Fabrication plant in north Phoenix Monday night.

The dead man's identity was not released.

Police and occupational health and safety officials were called to investigate the death.
