PHOENIX -- Another cold front will drop into Arizona Tuesday morning, the last in a string of weather disturbances that has been passing through since Saturday. And once again, we have a chance for showers, especially during the morning hours on Tuesday around the Valley. In the high country, we should see another several inches of snow.
Temperatures will slowly recover this week and we should see highs in the low-70s by the weekend. Also, it looks like it’s going to be dry around Arizona Wednesday through Sunday. The exception could be a few showers in the eastern third of the state.
Winter weather advisories are posted for Tuesday morning in the higher elevations of Arizona from the Grand Canyon south to Flagstaff, then along the Mogollon Rim into the White Mountains. The front will be pretty quick-moving and be exiting the state by Tuesday night.
