Suspect sought in burglary at Phoenix construction yard

PHOENIX -- Police are searching for a suspect in a burglary at a Phoenix construction yard.

According to police, between 1 and 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, a man climbed over a wall and used a tool to cut battery cables on several vehicles at the Buesing Corp yard near Seventh Street and Broadway Road.

Police said the man seemed calm and may have had some knowledge of the yard and equipment.

The suspect is described as a 30-year-old Hispanic man with brown eyes, black hair and a beard. He appeared to be about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 180 pounds. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie with "Ohio Boy Div" printed on the back.
