PHOENIX (AP) -- Four more members of Gov. Doug Ducey's state agency heads will be holdovers from fellow Republican Brewer's administration.

Ducey announced Friday that he's retaining Health Services Director Will Humble, Environmental Quality Director Henry Darwin, Gaming Director Daniel Bergin and Alberto Gutier, head of the Governor's Office of Highway Safety.

Ducey earlier this week announced he's retaining the directors of the Departments of Transportation, Corrections and Emergency and Military Affairs and of the state's Medicaid program, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System.

Ducey also announced Friday that Jim Hillyard will serve as acting director of the Department of Economic Security. DES Director Clarence Carter resigned Monday. Hillyard has been DES deputy director for operations.
