Top dirt-bike riders roll in for 2015 Monster Energy Supercross

PHOENIX -- The world's best dirt-bike riders are in Phoenix this weekend for the 2015 Monster Energy Supercross at Chase Field.

Monster Energy Supercross is the world's premier showcase of dirt-bike racing. Some of the world's top supercross racers will be here, including Ryan Dungey, Chad Reed, Ken Roczen. They will be battling it out for the esteemed 450SX Class crown.

Riders reach speeds up to 50 mph and will soar some 70 feet in distance, three stories in height at certain sections of the track.

Saturday's race will be the 18th time a supercross race has been held in Phoenix. The event is expected to bring in 55,000 fans this year.
