PHOENIX -- Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a critical care patient.
The patient was found on December 30 in an unoccupied home in South Phoenix, located between the Salt River and Broadway Road. He was unresponsive with no form of identification. He is currently being treated at St. Joseph's for a brain hemorrhage.
Social workers at St. Joseph's have conducted a search for more information about the man, but so far have been unsuccessful.
The hospital is hoping family members or friends will come forward to identify this man, provide him with support and, if appropriate, help make decisions about his care.
The patient, possibly in his 40s, is approximately 5'7'' and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has short, salt and pepper hair, blue eyes, medium complexion and a mustache
If members of the public recognize this patient and can provide any additional details, they are asked to call 602-406-3333.
