TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Westbound Interstate 10 reopened Monday morning in northwest Tucson after being closed overnight following a fatal one-vehicle rollover accident in which a Phoenix girl was fatally injured and two family members were also hurt.

Westbound lanes reopened Monday morning after being closed at Cortaro Road.

The state Department of Public Safety said 16-year-old Christlyn R. Martinez, of Phoenix, died from injuries suffered in the Sunday night accident on I-10 at Cortaro Road. A fire official previously gave her age as 18.

The driver was identified by DPS as 38-year-old Irma Martinez of Phoenix. She and another family member were hospitalized for injuries that were not life-threatening.

The closure forced westbound vehicles to get off at Cortaro but they could re-enter I-10 right away by using the interchange's on-ramp. Eastbound ramps remained open.
