I-40 reopens in both directions between Kingman, WilliamsPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- Following a winter storm, Interstate 40 has reopened to travel in both directions between Kingman and Williams, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The interstate is open from the California state line to New Mexico state line, but travelers will encounter winter driving conditions, such as slush, snow and ice. ADOT encourages motorists to slow down, be patient, allow extra time for travel and use extra caution around snow plows. If you can delay your travel in Arizona’s high country, please consider doing that.
