Taggia at Firesky Resort's chilaquiles

PHOENIX -- Chef Massimo de Francesca is featuring a chilaquiles special at Taggia at Firesky Resort and Spa on New Year's Day.

He starts with crispy corn tortilla chips and layers them with braised pork belly, salsa verde, canellini beans and queso fresco.

They will be available at the restaurant for $16. The price includes a Bloody Mary.
