Man suspected in fatal shooting returned to ArizonaPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX (AP) -- A man suspected in a fatal shooting outside a Tempe pharmacy last month is back in Arizona.
Authorities in New Mexico had been holding 20-year-old Dean Blissett in jail since his Dec. 4 arrest.
Records show Blissett was being held Wednesday at a Maricopa County jail on suspicion of premeditated first-degree murder.
Tempe police believe Blissett and 19-year-old Willie Moore were involved in the Nov. 28 killing of 21-year-old Errun Scroggins in a pharmacy parking lot.
They say Scroggins was trying to drive away from the pharmacy when he was shot.
The U.S. Marshals Service in Oakland, California arrested Moore on a murder warrant last week.
A third suspect - 18-year-old Robreana White - was arrested in New Mexico alongside Blissett and faces charges for control of an illegal enterprise.
