LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. -- After years of planning, Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium announced the addition of two female juvenile California Sea Lions to its collection of more than 600 avian, terrestrial and aquatic species.

Recently the Zoo has experienced three truly significant births: reticulated giraffe, tapir, and jaguar cub.

A tapir is a species found throughout the Amazonian rainforest, a distant cousin to the horse and rhinoceros.
