TEMPE, Ariz. -- A suspect wanted in a Tempe homicide has been arrested in California.
Willie Lee Moore, 19, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in Oakland on Tuesday.
Moore was identified as one of the shooters in the murder of 21-year-old Errun Scroggins on Nov. 28 in the CVS parking lot at Mill Avenue and University Drive.
Moore is awaiting extradition to Arizona where he has been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, discharge of a firearm at a structure, participation in a criminal syndicate, illegal control of an enterprise and transporting persons for purpose of prostitution or other immoral purpose.
Dean Blissett, 19, and Robreana White, 18, were taken into custody in Alamogordo, New Mexico, earlier this month.
Blissett faces the same charges as Moore. White faces one count of illegal control of an enterprise.
