PHOENIX -- Holiday parties just wouldn't be the same without a good old-fashioned dose of karaoke! But a new karaoke machine promises to make you sound a whole lot better.

On Tuesday's Good Morning Arizona, 3TV's own Scott Pasmore, Kaley O'Kelley and Gina Maravilla gave it a whirl.

From the creators of the original Guitar Hero comes Singtrix, the next-generation karaoke machine that promises to make bad singers sound good and good singers sound amazing!

You can sound (almost) like your favorite stars, with 300 professional vocal effects, live backup harmonies created from your own voice and natural pitch correction. It works with any music and any audio device.

There are three different levels for voice help. If you're an amateur singer and need tons of help, just dial it. There's also a "pro" level, where you can use no voice assistance.

This device will also add four backup vocals so you're automatically harmonizing, which makes anyone's voice sound better. And, if you're slightly off-key, it will correct your pitch automatically, and make you sound like you're inside a professional sound studio, complete with mixer.

There are hundreds of voice variations. You can sound like a robot or like an announcer at a ball game. There's even a switch to make your voice sound "sexy" and alluring.

The price tag is $350. You can find it almost anywhere online, and also at Singtrix.com.
