CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Law enforcement officials are holding their annual auction of forfeited vehicles this Saturday.
Among the boats, cars, motorcycles, and motor home that they have, there are luxury vehicles including an Audi and Ferrari.
"If the court has ordered victim restitution the moneys will be given back to the victim to make them whole," Lu Himmelstein, asset forfeiture coordinator, said. "Also this money that we get today from the sales proceeds will help to fund this program."
The money from the auction will also help to operate task forces.
The auction will be held in the parking lot of Apple Towing in Chandler from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
The public is welcome to preview the items until 5 p.m. Friday.
