SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Just because you aren't an elite athlete doesn't mean you can't learn from their work outs.
Mike Sheahan of Infinity Fitness has some tips on how to train like an elite athlete, even if you aren't one.
His first tip is to "train explosives".
"You want to be able to put force in to the ground and you want to be explosive from the ground going through your head," Sheahan said.
Other tips Sheahan gave were to move fast, do core work, and build the backside.
"Every movement starts in your core so the stronger your core the better the athlete you're gonna become," Sheahan said.
