TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Tucson police say a man involved in a three-car collision in September has died.

Sgt. Pete Dugan says 77-year-old Daryl Bogard succumbed to injuries suffered in the crash on Tuesday afternoon.

Dugan says an Oldsmobile van was going northbound on Mann Avenue on Sept. 23 when a Hyundai ran a red light and the two vehicles collided.

The impact caused the Hyundai to hit a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Bogard was the driver of the Hyundai.

Dugan says alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors in the collision.
