PHOENIX -- The movie "Penguins of Madagascar" came to theatres Wednesday, so Dr. Grey Stafford of Wildlife World Zoo stopped by 3TV with some real penguins.

The "Penguins of Maricopa" are the only penguins here in Arizona.

"What's interesting too is penguins are from the Southern Hemisphere," Dr. Stafford said, which is contradictory to a lot of movies where penguin characters are set in the North Pole. "A lot of penguin species like this one live in temperate or even tropical areas."

Wildlife World Zoo is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day including holidays.

Admission is $32 for adults and $15.25 for children 3-12.
