PHOENIX -- Look for a mild Tuesday in the Valley with sunny skies and an afternoon high of 69 degrees. That's about 2 degrees below normal for this time of year.
Dry air continues to overspread our area, bringing mostly clear skies and near normal temperatures through midweek. The dropping dewpoints and clear skies also mean chilly temperatures this morning and Wednesday morning, but overnight lows will be a bit more mild for the second half of the week ahead.
A ridge of high pressure off the West Coast will gradually move inland over the next few days, positioning itself over Arizona Thursday and Friday. This will bring well-above average temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s Thanksgiving through the early part of the weekend.
A storm starts to move our way early next week and we could be looking at rain chances starting Monday night or Tuesday, along with a temperature drop.
