LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. (AP) -- Lake Havasu City police say officers fatally shot a 33-year-old man who had been firing a handgun and a rifle in a neighborhood. According to police, three officers fired as Justin Roady began to raise a handgun toward the officers early Sunday morning. Police say Roady had been firing multiple shots from at least two guns after reportedly crashing his car into the garage. Some of the shots hit a parked car. No officers or witnesses were injured. The three officers involved have been placed on routine administrative leave pending an independent investigation by Kingman police.
