Eastbound I-10 reopens after accident at Picacho

PICACHO, Ariz. (AP) -- Eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 have reopened in Picacho after being closed for about two hours Thursday morning because of an accident involving two tractor-trailer rigs.

Picacho is located between Casa Grande and Tucson.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says one semi rolled on its side but there were no injuries.

Westbound lanes were unaffected.

I-10 eastbound reopens in Picacho

PHOENIX -- Interstate 10 eastbound has reopened about 10 miles east of Casa Grande in Picacho following an earlier rollover that involved two semis, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Westbound lanes were unaffected and remained open.

Traffic detoured onto frontage road

PHOENIX -- A rollover involving two semis has closed Interstate 10 eastbound about 10 miles east of Casa Grande in Picacho, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Traffic is detoured onto the frontage road from mileposts 211-212, but drivers should expect delays and allow for extra travel time.
 
There is no estimated time to reopen eastbound lanes. Westbound lanes are unaffected.
