PHOENIX - 3TV has uncovered new information about how controversial mom Shanesha Taylor is spending her money.

In an email sent to Taylor's original attorney, she requires a monthly budget of $4,172.50. The financial breakdown was attached to court paperwork that the Maricopa County prosecutor filed back in October.

Some of the line items include $300 for entertainment, dining and recreation and another $300. for a clothing budget. In an interview with 3TV last week, Taylor said "While it's been reported I'm out spending money on bags and shoes and designer jeans, I don't have one pair of designer jeans, don't have one designer bag," she said.

The controversial mother was arrested back in March for allegedly leaving her children in a hot car while she went for a job interview. Support for the mom poured into an online fund raising account which generated more than $100,000.

Prosecutors told Taylor if she put $40,000 of that into a trust fund for her children then charges would be dropped. Taylor failed to do that.

"My patience is gone, I think I have been more than amenable to taking in the totality of the circumstances that she was facing," said Bill Montgomery, Maricopa County Attorney.

Charges have been reinstated for Taylor. She is due back in court on Dec. 3.
