Tucson Border Patrol agent accused of sexual exploitation of a minor

TUCSON, Ariz. – A U.S. Border Patrol agent is accused of sexual exploitation of a minor and other crimes involving children.

Deputies with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in California arrested Agent Alejandro Dominguez in Tucson on Monday.

Dominguez faces seven felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, possession of child pornography and lewd acts with a minor.

He resigned and is no longer an employee of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

CBP's Office of Internal Affairs and the U.S. Border Patrol's Tucson Sector said they are fully cooperating with the Riverside County Sheriff's Office.
