2 Pedestrians, driver injured in Phoenix crash

PHOENIX -- Two pedestrians and a driver were injured in a collision in west Phoenix Friday night.

Firefighters were called to the area of 35th and Grand avenues around 8:30 p.m.

The pedestrians, a woman in her 30s and a man in his 40s, were transported to a local trauma center in critical condition.

The driver, an adult female, was transported to a hospital with less serious injuries.

Police are investigating the crash.
