Jury convicts Scottsdale chiropractor in tax refund casePosted: Updated:
PHOENIX (AP) -- A jury in Phoenix has convicted a Scottsdale chiropractor of five counts of falsely filing for $6 million of income tax refunds.
The U.S. District Court jury convicted Adrienne Marta Frazer on Thursday of all five counts of an indictment issued in 2012. It alleged that Frazer filed false returns claiming refunds in the 2005-2009 tax years.
Judge G. Murray Snow scheduled sentencing for Feb. 2.
