PHOENIX -- The 10th anniversary of the Certified Local Fall Festival is taking place this weekend in downtown Phoenix.
Over 100 locally owned businesses will be at Portland Parkway Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"Local businesses drive the economy. They keep three times as much money circulating in the local economy and creates additional jobs," Kimber Lanning of Local First Arizona said.
The event is free and for all ages.
One of the food trucks that will be at the festival is the popular burger truck Burgers Amore.
"We love being part of Local First. Food trucks are really all about being local and Local First is an opportunity for us to get our food out," Greg Colella, owner of Burgers Amore, said. "We are all about using local products."
Colella has been running his food truck business for a little over two years.
"The food truck business has gone really well," Colella said.
