Pasta Emiliano

-Olive oil
-1 oz. chopped onions
-4 oz. chopped chicken
-2 oz. roasted red peppers
-1 tsp. Porcini mushrooms
-1 oz. Marsala wine
-5 oz. cream
-Parmesan cheese
-Salt and black pepper
-5 oz. pasta

In a saute pan, pour oilive oil, onions, chicken and red peppers. Cook for one minute, then add chopped Porcini mushrooms, Marsala wine, salt, black pepper and cream sauce. In a pot, add water, salt and oil, and cook the pasta al dente. Add Parmesan cheese on server.
