Suspects sought in theft of TV from Mesa Sears

MESA, Ariz. -- Police are searching for two people in the theft of a 50-inch TV from a Mesa department store.

A man and woman were seen entering the back door of the Sears at Fiesta Mall near Southern Avenue and Alma School Road at 1:39 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11.

About one minute later, they were seen running out of the back door. The man was carrying a box containing a 50-inch Samsung TV.

One suspect is described as a 30-year-old black man, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 200 pounds. He had a goatee at the time and has tattoos on his right shoulder, bicep and left forearm. He was wearing a black baseball hat, a white Jordan tank top and black shorts.

The other suspect is described as a 30-year-old black woman, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 170 pounds. She was wearing a short sundress, large cross earrings and her hair in a bun on top of her head.

They may have been driving a white SUV.
