Ten Under $10 Festive Fall Drug Store Beauty ProductsPosted: Updated:
When the festive fall season arrives, so do the numerous unique beauty products that fill drug store shelves. My Walgreens beauty expert, Bianca tells me that these are the hot sellers and all are beauty budget friendly. From head to toe, here we go and a few of these items come in right at $10, but they are so good that we had to include them in the list.
*Conair Hair Set - ($10 at Walgreens) -- This helpful hair accessories kit shows you how to make holiday updos that make a statement. With pretty bling hair pins, a stylish head band and instructions on how to get that hot holiday style, this kit is perfectly timed for the festive fall season.
*Marc Anthony Hairspray ($8.49 at Walgreens) -- This sulfate free hairspray adds volume and shine and holds hair well during the hectic holiday season that requires several special occasion styles and holiday picture posing.
*L'Oreal Total Repair Erasing Balm ($6.99 at Walgreens) -- Our monsoon rains are over and the dry winter months have arrived, so you can't forget to deep condition your hair. This product repairs and reconstructs dry and damaged hair that can also be the result of blow drying and over styling, which increases with the holiday demands of celebrations, family get togethers and more.
*Maybelline BROWdrama ($7.99 at Walgreens) -- Defined eye brows frame the face, so this cool tool by Maybelline achieves sculpted brows giving your holiday updo and makeup the perfect finished look. Eyebrows also frame the face and can wake tired eyes when the brows are filled in and shaped just right.
*Maybelline Master Kajal Eyeliner ($7.99 at Walgreens) -- Smokey eyes take the spotlight with the festive fall holiday season, so this eyeliner helps you to easily achieve that smokey eyeliner look with the specially formed cone tip applicator.
*Elf Makeup Brush Set ($10 at Walgreens) -- This is a good time of year to replace your worn out makeup brushes, especially with the number of holiday events you will attend that require a full face of makeup. Elf stands for Eyes, Lips, Face and this reputable line usually offers all their products for $1 each, making beauty affordable. These brushes are good quality, too.
*Aromatherapy Eye Mask ($5 at Walgreens) -- Tired eyes are a side effect of the season, so this beauty product helps a lot. Use this and you will also be forced to take a little home spa time out, which is good for your eyes, body and mind.
*Vaseline Lip Therapy ($1.89 at Walgreens) -- Fun fall scent called Creme Brulee and the mini size makes this perfect for your purse and for travel. Chapped lips happen in the changing season of Fall, so this will keep your lips hydrated and smooth.
*Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Mattes Lip Color ($8.49 at Walgreens) -- Bianca tells me that this line rivals the very popular and more expensive MAC line, so if you are a MAC lover and are looking to save money, try Maybelline's Color Sensational Creamy Mattes Lip Color. Two new hot shades for the season are Siren in Scarlet red and Divine Wine.
*Neutrogena Hand Cream ($5.29 at Walgreens) -- Bianca tells me that this is a big customer favorite and with the increased amount of hand washing that we do during cold and flu season, this helps to keep dry hands hydrated. This line is dermatologist recommended and is a good size for travel, too.
*Piggy Paint ($5.00 at Walgreens) -- Bianca couldn't wait to show me this new product that Walgreens now carries. This non toxic, low odor and kid friendly nail polish line is made in the USA and is eco-friendly, too. It is a premium water based line that we both give a thumbs up to and the price is right as well. The Piggy Paint Nail Polish Remover is acetone free, low odor and eco-friendly.
