CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) -- A tractor-trailer rig crossed Interstate 10's median and collided with another vehicle in a fatal accident that closed the highway about halfway between Phoenix and Tucson for hours.

The accident occurred about 5 a.m. Thursday near Casa Grande.

One person in the other vehicle was killed, but authorities didn't immediately identify the victim.
