PHOENIX -- Wednesday's clouds are moving out and a mostly sunny day is expected in the Valley. Temperatures will top out a little warmer today with a forecast high of 91 degrees. Lows will drop to about 71 degrees tonight into tomorrow morning under partly cloudy skies.
Thursday is expected to bring mostly clear skies, but another round of clouds moves in tonight and tomorrow. Some virga and a few sprinkles are possible but measurable rain is not expected.
A low pressure system off the coast of Baja is being pulled up through Arizona, mostly leading to slightly lower temperatures during the afternoons because of cloud cover.
Skies clear out for the weekend, and temperatures hover near average with highs near 90 and overnight lows in the 60s.
While sunshine is expected in the Valley, there is a slight chance for rain Friday and this weekend in the high country.
