PHOENIX -- It was a cool start to the day with Valley neighborhoods dropping to the mid 50s to mid 60s this mroning.
Clear skies and light winds will continue throughout the day, with afternoon highs rising to about 92 degrees. That's a bit warmer than yesterday's high of 90 degrees and about 3 degrees warmer than the average high for today's date.
Although some high clouds will move in from the west and southwest tomorrow, temperatures will continue to peak in the low 90s tomorrow and Thursday under partly sunny skies. Overnight lows will continue to drop to the 60s.
No rain is expected in the next seven days, although a slight cool-down will arrive this weekend when afternoon highs will drop to the upper 80s.
