PHOENIX -- Police have arrested a man who they say drove slowly beside a high school student, who was walking on Friday morning, while he exposed himself and started masturbating.

The suspect is 29-year-old Casey Brisbin. He's facing charges of public sexual indecency and indecent exposure.

The incident happened near Horizon High School in the area of 5600 E. Hillery Drive, near 56th Street and Greenway Road.

"It's a good feeling that actually I know he's been caught for what he did," said Kayla Berg.

Berg was the student Brisbin allegedly exposed himself to on Friday.

Over the weekend, detectives developed information that helped them identify the suspect.

He was located at a hotel near 10800 North 25th Ave. and was arrested.

Monday Phoenix Police said they not only identified their suspect but additional victims too.

"Two to three days last week, he may have approached a number of individuals either exposing himself, may have been masturbating," said Lt. Steve Martos.

So far they've identified three other victims, Berg makes four.

Lt. Martos told 3TV all the incidents happened in the area around Horizon High School.

In one case, a note was left on a victim's vehicle that complimented her appearance and asked if she saw him. The note included a phone number and the writer identified himself as "Casey."

According to court records, Brisbin was convicted in 2005 for indecent exposure. He's also listed as a suspect or investigative lead in two separate sexual assault cases.

Brisbin denied being involved in the crime.
