PHOENIX -- Throwing a football-watching party does not have to be a big deal requiring hours of preparation.

Pauline Martinez, owner of Perk Eatery, showed 3TV's Javier Soto a super easy recipe and a fabulous setup that will make you the envy of your neighbors. The best part is you won't have to spend hours getting everything ready.

2 lbs meatballs-cooked (homemade or store-bought)
2 cups ginger beer (or ginger ale)
2 cups ketchup
1 tsp minced garlic
2-3 tbls sriracha (adjust according to spice preference)
chopped scallions for garnish

Cook meatballs in oven, pan or slow cooker.

Combine all remaining ingredients, except scallions, in a bowl. Combine meatballs and sauce until evenly coated. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with scallions.

Serve with toothpicks or skewers for easy eating.

Fresh rolls are also nice for quick sandwiches.
